Cuisine Note
Meals are sourced from TheMealDB, which only covers 27 cuisines: American, British, Canadian, Chinese, Croatian, Dutch, Egyptian, Filipino, French, Greek, Indian, Irish, Italian, Jamaican, Japanese, Kenyan, Malaysian, Mexican, Moroccan, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Tunisian, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. Countries without an exact match are mapped to the closest available cuisine. For example, Thailand and Southeast Asia use Vietnamese, Brazil uses Portuguese, Australia and New Zealand use British, and most of Sub-Saharan Africa uses Kenyan or French depending on colonial history. When the ISS is over open ocean, the nearest country's cuisine is used instead.
